Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Rituals app (“the App”) operated by Blank Slate Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Purchases & Refunds

Subscription

Rituals offers a subscription option that grants you access to premium features for the duration of the subscription period. Subscription terms and pricing are shown in the App and in the App Store.

Lifetime Access

Rituals also offers a one-time “Lifetime” purchase option. This is a non-consumable product that grants you access to premium features indefinitely for the lifetime of the product.

Refunds

All transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have the ability to process refunds personally. You must contact Apple Support for refund requests.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including the “Rituals” brand, logo, and design) are owned by Blank Slate Apps and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary assets as standalone products.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

6. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
