Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Good Day app (“the App”) operated by Blank Slate Studio.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.
2. Use of the App
Good Day is a simple tool for tracking your daily to-do lists and marking days as “good days.” The app does not define what constitutes a “good day”—that determination is entirely yours.
The app functions as follows:
- —Daily to-do lists reset automatically each day.
- —To-do lists are only saved if you mark the day as a “good day.”
- —You may choose to mark or not mark any day without restriction.
- —The app does not include streaks, goals, reminders, or scoring systems.
3. Purchases & Refunds
Lifetime Access
Good Day offers a “Lifetime” purchase option. This is a non-consumable product that grants you access to premium features indefinitely for the lifetime of the product.
No Subscriptions
Good Day does not charge recurring monthly fees.
Refunds
All transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have the ability to process refunds personally. You must contact Apple Support for refund requests.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including the “Good Day” brand, logo, and design) are owned by Blank Slate Studio and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary assets as standalone products.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
