Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Repset app (“the App”) operated by Blank Slate Studio.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Medical & Fitness Disclaimer

Repset is a tool for logging and tracking exercise; it is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Consult Your Physician

You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in exercise includes the risk of physical injury. By using Repset, you agree that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risk of injury to yourself. Blank Slate Studio is not liable for any injuries, health complications, or damages resulting from the use of the App.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Lifetime Access

Repset offers a “Lifetime” purchase option. This is a non-consumable product that grants you access to premium features indefinitely for the lifetime of the product.

No Subscriptions

Repset does not charge recurring monthly fees.

Refunds

All transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have the ability to process refunds personally. You must contact Apple Support for refund requests.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including the “Repset” brand, logo, and design) are owned by Blank Slate Studio and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary assets as standalone products.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
