Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the First Hundred app (“the App”) operated by Blank Slate Apps.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use of the App

First Hundred is a progress-tracking tool designed to help you log sessions and visualize your path toward mastery. The App is provided for informational and motivational purposes only.

Progress Tracking Disclaimer

Session counts, history, and progress indicators are provided as a convenience only. They should not be relied upon as a guaranteed record of performance, qualifications, or achievement.

Data Availability

Although your data may sync through your Apple account across Apple devices, data availability depends on Apple's services, device settings, and your Apple account status. Blank Slate Apps is not responsible for lost progress, missing sync events, or interruptions caused by Apple, device changes, account issues, or deletion of the App or device data.

3. Purchases & Refunds

Free Trial

First Hundred may offer a free trial that provides temporary access to premium features. Trial availability and duration are shown in the App or the App Store.

Subscriptions

First Hundred offers monthly and yearly subscription options that grant access to premium features for the applicable billing period.

Lifetime Access

First Hundred also offers a one-time “Lifetime” purchase option. This is a non-consumable product that grants access to premium features for the lifetime of the product.

Refunds

All transactions are handled directly by Apple via the App Store. We do not have the ability to process refunds personally. You must contact Apple Support for refund requests.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality (including the “First Hundred” brand, logo, and design) are owned by Blank Slate Apps and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary assets as standalone products.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
